I'm interested in developing new and different worship service for area churches. My ten years marketing experience in the information-technology industry has taught me to think outside the box. This can be applied in an exciting way to the needs of parishes who are striving to attract new, different and younger people to the community of faith.

I have been working full time in parish ministry and have experience with worship-leading and a number of musical styles. I hope that I might be able to leverage my experience and interest in developing novel approaches to worship against the Church's needs for well-positioned, truly "alternative" Christian worship services that will facilitate Church growth.

While some of these worship styles may seem "unorthodox" at first glance, the services would be presented only in supporting a Christ-centered approach on the part of the parish, regardless of Christian denomination. The first two of the "Special Worship" formats to have been developed are the Dixieland-Jazz Worship and the Bluegrass-Gospel Worship.

I am convinced that genuine musical endeavors, regardless of style, can be startling when applied in a responsible way to the needs of worship. Music is one of the most exciting ways we fellowship with each other and praise the Lord.
